SSAIB ARC

Why choose Jomu Compliance as your SSAIB ARC compliance system partner?

We provide accreditation consultancy and advice for the SSAIB ARC standard and the NSI Gold ARC standard for alarm receiving centres (ARCs), CCTV monitoring and intruder/fire monitoring.

We are specialists in accreditations within the Security Systems and Alarms Inspection Board (SSAIB) with over 15 years experience of working closely with them. So, we have the knowledge and expertise to guide you through all the requirements of their accreditation scheme.

Once we've gained understanding of your company's unique qualities and operations, we liaise with the assessing body and take on the burden of all the communications. This enables you to focus on the specifics of the implementation and working through procedural and physical elements with your team.

At Jomu it's our aim to be a resource placed within your business to offer the necessary support, advice and admin required to gain and maintain the system. We'll speak your language and deliver a toolkit you'll understand and be able to incorporate into your operations.

We will interpret the scheme into a simple Quality Management System for your business.  We will develop all the required processes, procedures, forms, records and work with you to produce the required evidence for assessment. This is in line with SSAIB codes of practice, ISO 9001, BS 7858 Security Screening and the BS 5979 or the BS 50518 standards.

We're experienced and passionate about ARC's and the knowledge we have of the standards is of the highest level. We will bring this knowledge to your business to ensure costly mistakes are not made and that you are fully compliant prior to assessment.

What Security Systems and Alarms Inspection Board (SSAIB) say:

“Insurers (often as a condition of their underwriting) place particular demands on security and fire safety system providers.  In the event of an incident insurers will need to be satisfied that all reasonable precautions have been taken to mitigate risk. Using a certificated provider should minimise the likelihood of such events and demonstrate that all reasonable steps have been taken”.
