How will you implement and maintain any systems and procedures once they're set up?

Jomu Compliance believes in building a long lasting relationship with you and being on hand to support you beyond achieving the all-important accreditation.
We can update the systems either remotely or onsite and we will support, advise and update you on any industry policy and any changes within your approval scheme.
​
We will give you all the tools, training and capability to manage your system, supporting you at every step, not simply advise you on what is required. We'll even join you at assessments and inspections. This will allow you to carry on running the business while the system remains up to date and assessment ready.

This will be tailored to your individual business needs, but can include:

Initial assessment of the system.

Additional British Standards incorporated into the system.

Jomu Compliance act as Quality Manager and attend the AGM meeting to review the quality system.

Carrying out timetabled internal audits. Attend on site or work remotely to audit all systems with the write up carried out remotely.

Attend, at agreed intervals to offer support and guidance while assessor is in attendance.

Updating the system ensuring changes in the business process are maintained in the Operational Management systems.

Receive monthly newsletters.

Regular updates advising of any changes in British Standards/ACS/ISO.

Format and add new documents to the system as and when required.

Assist in conducting quarterly staff surveys/appraisal statistical data for assessment, where appropriate.

Telephone support for any queries regarding the system that has been put in place.
